The front office of our hotel is open from Monday till Friday from 7 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1.30 p.m. to 5 p.m.. If you would like to arrive later it is possible, however we would be thankful if you could inform us.

On Saturday, Sunday and Holidays from 7.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. The staff of the restaurant will take care of you untill 19:00 h.

Later in the evening the nurses of our Kursana Residenz will take care of your check-in. During the night you can reach the nursing department of the Kursana Residence if you need help.

The entrance of the hotel during the night is: Harfenbergstrasse 2, at the back of the hotel (please look at the map at the end of this page).
